The role of Head Barista**:


  • Assist with managing the daytoday operations of the barista station, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • To liaise with Training Officer with regards to carrying out regular "onthejob" training sessions with all Barista staff to ensure they perform their duties correctly and to company standards.
  • To conduct all secondround interviewing for Barista personnel.
  • Through effective management and supervision of the team, ensure that the customer's dining experience is dealt with efficiently providing the customer with prompt delivery of hot beverages.
  • Providing exceptional guest service by engaging patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
  • Keeping a wellstocked barista station with an adequate supply of beverages, crockery, and silverware.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and patrons.
  • Full-Time and Part-Time roles available.

What we're looking for in a Head Barista**:

  • Minimum of two years experience as a Manager in a high volume, fast pace, quality hotel or restaurant environment with international clientele.
  • Working experience with an extensive Hot Beverage knowledge.
  • Ability to build a strong Team, focused on revenue generating and exceeding Management expectations.
  • Strives for excellence and inspire others.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and able to communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values.
  • Cultivates genuine connections with both guests and team members.
  • An excellent product knowledge, and the desire to exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Has the Right to Work in the UK.
