Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Quality Technical Support to join them.

As the Quality Technical Support, will ensure the smooth operation of all Quality matters through inputting and updating information from internal and external sources on approveddatabases whilst supporting on Quality administration tasks.


Role:
Quality Technical Support


Salary:
£25,000


Contract:
Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week


Location:
Bedwas


Responsibilities

  • Supplier Approval Management
  • Internal Audit
  • Customer / Regulatory / External Audit Support
  • Coverage for Data Administration / Quantum Requests
  • Q-Pulse Administration to include:
  • NCR's
  • Customer database
  • Supplier database
  • People database training / new hires / leavers
  • Document Management
  • General duties for QMS administration

Experience & Qualifications

  • Industry Quality Experience
  • High level of aptitude and attention to detail
  • Internal Audit
and/or External Audit Qualifications

  • GCSEs to include Maths and English or equivalent
  • Relevant experience within a Quality or Audit function
  • Good working knowledge of Quantum
  • Q-Pulse system experience
  • Previous experience in an aviation environment
