The Porterbrook Care Home is looking to appoint a Care Assistant, _specifically for mealtime cover._

The Porterbrook Care Home is in the Crosspool district of Sheffield, providing a relaxing environment for our residents. There are 44 modern, en-suite bedrooms in the house, as well as a variety of amenities.

You will link in with the care and kitchen teams, assisting with meal service including snack trolleys to support carers managing resident's hydration and nutrition needs.

Care Assistant Contract - _Mealtime cover_**- £9.50 per hour

Contracted to 26hours per week
Pension
5.6 weeks annual leave

Paid breaks

Ideally, we are looking for our Care Assistants to have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

Understandably, you may not have the required experience / qualifications, so we do expect you to have transferable skills and a genuine interest working with the elderly.
