Join Our Team Kitchen, Fire Place & Wooden Furniture Manufacturer Seeks Assembly Operative

Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey with a leading manufacturer and distributor of top-quality kitchen, fire place, and wooden furniture products across the UK? If so, we want YOU to join our team as an Assembly Operative


Key Duties:

Cabinet Assembly: Utilize your skills with bench tools to expertly assemble our premium cabinets.

Machine Operating: Take charge of operating machinery to ensure precise manufacturing processes.
-
Loading: Play a crucial role in the efficient loading of our top-notch kitchen units.
-
Picking and Packing: Execute picking and packing duties under the guidance of our dedicated manager.


What We're Looking For:

-
Experience: Previous assembly experience is highly desirable, along with proficiency in basic hand tools.
-
Strength and Stamina: Be prepared for some heavy lifting tasks as part of your role.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet production targets.
-
Picking and Packing Skills: While not mandatory, experience in picking and packing is advantageous.


What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: Kickstart your career with a starting pay rate of £11.44 per hour, with the potential for increases based on performance.

Stable Hours: Enjoy a consistent schedule with Monday to Thursday shifts from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday shifts from 08:00 to 14:10.

Breaks: Take advantage of unpaid 30-minute lunch breaks from Monday to Thursday, and a 10-minute unpaid break on Fridays.
