Recycling Operative


Local Council are looking for a number of Multi Site Recycling Operative to work at a number of Recycling and Household Waste sites in North Leicestershire.

Working outside you will be required to assist and advise customers with the recycling and disposal of waste materials.

The position is to work at multiple sites including Melton Mowbray, Bottesford and Somerby all in Leicestershire. Therefore you will need your own transport.


The position includes:

  • Completion of manual work
  • Dealing with the general publish
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to operate machinery
- able to work as part of a team

Commencing on a temporary basis.

Pay £11 per hour, working 5 days a week, including weekends and 3 days in the week.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
From £11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • MELTON MOWBRAY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
