What are my responsibilities?
- **You will actively safeguard and promote the welfare of our children and young people who live in the home.**:

  • As a Team Leader, you will provide high quality childcare practice, within Aspris Care's philosophy, underpinned by a Person-Centred Values therapeutic approach

Support the Registered Home Manager to ensure that a warm, nurturing, homely and accepting environment is delivered, and developed in accordance with our core values.
What we ask from you
- **Minimum 18 months or more experience working within a residential setting.**:

  • Achieved your Level 3 Diploma (Residential Childcare) or equivalent / or working towards:

Ability to interact with a range of people/young people
:

-
Confidence and ability to lead a team of practitioners
:

-
To be able to provide consistency of care and support to the young people
:

Experience working with children who may display challenging behaviour
:

Shift work including weekends, evenings, and sleep-in duties on a rota system
:

- ** Full driving licence is essential.
