REED HR are pleased to be working alongside a super local Charity who provide a fantastic service to our communities to recruit am experienced Senior HR Advisor.
This role is a Fixed Term contract with an IMMEDIATE start
The purpose of this role is to lead the wider HR team to deliver a service to ensure managers and employees are equipped with processes to deliver best practice
The main duties of the role are
- Management of HR operations to ensure delivery of strategic objectives by providing a comprehensive and professional HR service to support managers and staff
- Perform job evaluations via desktop and participation in job evaluation panels.
- Support complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
- Support the implementation and role out of a new HRIS system
- Develop HR policy and procedure
What we looking for is.....
- Extensive HR experience
- CIPD level
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Working Hours
Monday - Friday
Hybrid - 2 days at home / 3 in the office
