REED HR are pleased to be working alongside a super local Charity who provide a fantastic service to our communities to recruit am experienced Senior HR Advisor.

This role is a Fixed Term contract with an IMMEDIATE start
The purpose of this role is to lead the wider HR team to deliver a service to ensure managers and employees are equipped with processes to deliver best practice

The main duties of the role are

Management of HR operations to ensure delivery of strategic objectives by providing a comprehensive and professional HR service to support managers and staff
Perform job evaluations via desktop and participation in job evaluation panels.
Support complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
Support the implementation and role out of a new HRIS system
Develop HR policy and procedure
