Starting Point Recruitment are looking for a Caretaker for a school in Birmingham to help with general caretaking duties and the locking and unlocking of the school.


Location:
Castle Vale, Birmingham

Duration: 6 weeks contract


Salary:
£24,496 per annum

Hours of work: 6:00am to 2:00pm and 12:00pm to 8:00pm (2 week rota)

Responsibilities of Caretaker

  • Carry out daytoday maintenance and minor repairs
  • Book outside contractors for major repair work
  • Ensure lighting and alarm systems are working properly
  • Check doors and windows are locked when building is not in use
  • Opening and locking of building
  • Supervise other cleaning staff
