Job Overview
Wonderhood Studios is a new kind of creative company.

Established in 2018, we are independent and have created work for the likes of Nike, Three, Branston, Starling and the Royal Foundation.

At Wonderhood, we believe in the power of creativity to grow ambitious brands and get them talked about. Account Management facilitates this by making the work better by adding value at every stage of the process.


The key function of this role is to provide support to Wonderhoods Account Management team on various accounts and projects in the building.

Account Management is the only department that will see the entire creative process across a campaign through from start to finish.

Were looking for a creative and organised individual that will do everything they possibly can to support their team, from strategic and creative development, production, execution and delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive, you will be The Do-er in the team.

You will do everything you can do to support the team by:


Making a difference:


  • Working into and supporting an Account Director and Account Managers.
  • Making things happen by executing requests from their team with enthusiasm, speed and attention to detail.
  • Taking on responsibility for the admin on their account, like organising meetings and ensuring the function smoothly, writing contact reports, managing the finance tracker and timesheets.

Focussing on the work:


  • Being creative passionate and curious both within advertising and outside.
  • Keeping up to date with both competitor and bestinclass campaigns and share them as inspiration with their team and clients.
  • Ensuring the work follows brand guidelines or having an insight based on knowledge of competitor activity.
  • Having an incredible attention to detail.

Never settling:


  • Always learning on the job, so whilst they listen and absorb information, they ask a lot of questions, so that they truly understand the process.
  • Having a hunger to learn and soak up information from all departments.

Looking after each other:


  • Bringing a positive, upbeat energy to the agency, and go above and beyond to support their team.
  • Being enthusiastic and a fun person to be around, for internal teams, agency partners and clients.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • This is an entrylevel role and a university degree is not required.

  • Creative and knowledgeable of trends, and other marketing activity.
  • Strong organisation, time and project management abilities.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and quick to pick up new skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solver.
