Job Summary:

Macdonald & Company are working with a rapidly expanding Consultancy based in the East Midlands who are looking for a Head of Retail Agency to join the business to grow and lead a successful team.

You will be highly ambitious, well-connected, and driven to succeed.

Coordinate the letting of all available units including preparing particulars, conducting inspections, meeting with potential tenants and devising market initiatives
Oversee asset management initiatives including regears, surrenders and all professional work
Monitor current tenant line ups to identify potential weaknesses and proactively propose solutions
Develop client relationships to secure both additional agency and management business
Implement new client acquisition initiatives
Management of Agency Team
Involvement in Director level strategic planning where required including HR, IT, policy implementation and new business development
Growing the Agency Team
