Description
We have an opportunity within our small family run LGV driver training business for an experienced and highly competent Customer Support Administrator.
Applicants must have a genuine interest in trucks and the logistics industry, and be able to interact with people professionally at all levels.
Excellent communication skills are a must as there is a high volume of detailed, legally required paperwork to process with customers face to face when they attend for courses.
An organised, methodical mind is key to ensure that every part of the process is addressed in line with deadlines.
The work we do is constantly audited so applicants must have a very good attention to detail, a responsibility to get things right and an understanding that if things aren't done correctly, it could mean loss of contracts.
Applicants must have a very high level of care, both for their own work and for the service that the company offers to our customers.
You must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade 4 or above and a full driving licence would be an advantage.
