Job description:
Are you a Business Development Executive looking for your next challenge?

Do you have 2-3 years of sales experience in either Payments or software industry?


If the answer to all those questions is a yes then this Business Development Executive role could be your next step.

You will work within the wider ClearDebit team and you'd be selling Bacs Approved Training and Software products. This is an opportunityto further develop existing core skills, also to learn new ones that support ClearDebit's sales.

You would be required to reach out to existing and new customers, often as the first point of contact for the business, to discuss Direct Debits and suggest servicesand products.

Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager in ClearDebit, as well as working with the Training Manager, you will be expected to be a self-starter and have a clear sense of what is needed to continue to develop, maintain and supportthe efficient running of a sales pipeline.

The position is suitable for a junior sales person looking to work in a friendly corporate environment.

Key Accountabilities:


  • Selling a targeted amount of Training Courses and Software products
  • Being the first point of contact for new sales opportunities
  • Keeping a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Keeping our sales pipeline software up to date
  • Delivering demos of some Software Products
  • Sending quotes and contracts to customers

Required skills & experience:


  • Proficient using MS Software packages, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
  • Able to manage a varied workload and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • 23 years of sales experience
  • Either Payments or software Industry experience

Desirables:


  • Direct Debit Experience
