Position Overview:

JLL, a leading global real estate services firm, is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Escort to join our team in the United Kingdom.

As a Security Escort, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and properties.

You will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining a secure environment, and assisting with access control procedures.

Responsibilities:

Secure Environment: Ensure the safety and security of JLL premises by conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and promptly addressing any suspicious activities or security breaches.
Access Control: Perform access control duties by verifying identification, granting access to authorized individuals, and enforcing JLL's security protocols.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by being a welcoming and professional point of contact, answering queries, and providing accurate directions or assistance as needed.
Emergency Response: Act swiftly and appropriately in emergency situations, including evacuations, medical emergencies, or the activation of fire alarms, following established protocols and providing necessary support to clients, visitors, and employees.
Incident Reporting: Document and report all incidents, accidents, or other notable occurrences in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining proper records as required.
Security Procedures: Adhere to JLL's security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, while proactively suggesting enhancements to security protocols.
Collaborative Approach: Collaborate effectively with team members, JLL personnel, and external stakeholders to create a safe and secure environment, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for all.
Training and Development: Stay updated on industry best practices, attend trainings, and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill set.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or a related field is preferred.
Security Consciousness: Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and best practices, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, coupled with a professional and approachable demeanor.
