Job Purpose:


You will be responsible for driving and delivering scalable revenue through our B2B products: corporate membership, L&D packages (both UK and international) and Alliance membership.


Alliance Membership provides businesses with a tailored framework of support that drives talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, and leadership development, underpinning the cultural shift required for businesses to optimise for greatness through the power of gender equity.


Corporate AllBright Memberships are tailored Membership packages that allow employers to offer AllBright All Access membership to their staff, and include full access to the AllBright townhouse, a global network of clubs, as well as 1-1 and group coaching tailored to an individual's career goals, experience and level.

These career development focused memberships are also available globally in key markets.


You will also be tasked with developing a cohesive strategy that ensures AllBright's commercial goals are met or exceeded, and responsible for building and leading the team and processes that will enable us to do this.

Outline of Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver and refine an effective commercial strategy that ensures AllBright is able to achieve its commercial goals in both the short and long term
  • Establish and coach a highperforming sales team that deliver on monthly and quarterly meeting, pipeline management and revenue targets
  • Leverage existing industry contacts to build a strong pipeline and capitalise on short and medium term opportunities to secure new business
  • Host and establish networking opportunities with our target audience
  • Oversee all relevant pipeline management and forecasting in conjunction with the Commercial Director and Finance team on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Develop and deploy an effective and proactive lead generation strategy in collaboration with our Head of Marketing
  • Work collaboratively to continuously develop and enhance product and industry knowledge and develop a bank of sales materials for both internal and external usage
  • Establish a comprehensive feedback loop with the relevant product teams, providing relevant and nuanced insights on industry trends, market activities, client and prospect feedback and objections and competitor analysis to help ensure our product offering is industryleading
  • Research and analyse sales options, producing bespoke and customised proposals for customers to land new business
  • Be hands on in the development and delivery of polished and cohesive client presentations, host sales events and visit potential client's businesses, being the face of AllBright
  • Ensure that all member, client, and account data are accurately maintained on the relevant platforms
  • Act as a rolemodel and proudly deliver our promise to clients and prospects by providing worldclass service, expertise and attentiveness
  • Understand all areas of the Global AllBright business to better identify potential commercial opportunities from a enterprise perspective, based on our bandwidth and global reach
  • Experienced in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint and able to optimise processes

Person Specification

  • 6+ years proven B2B sales experience, within organisations focused on L&D, coaching, leadership development or ed techbased enterprise solutions is essential
  • A selfstarter who is commercially driven and results focused with a demonstrable track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets for a relevant sector or product
  • A Sales professional with a longstanding network of relationships with potential clients
  • Passionate about working collaboratively with marketing teams to develop strategic, scalable and commercial customer acquisition funnels that provide a personalised customer experience and build a strong pipeline
  • Strong selling skills and willingness to be handson with selling, combined with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
