Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in the sorting, batching, and registering of invoices and credit notes
- Ensure all documents are ready for authorisation
- Deal with supplier enquires regarding delivery and pricing issues
- Assist in the preparation of weekly supplier payments
- Input data into spreadsheets whilst balancing the books
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience within a similar finance position
- Proficient in using different database software's
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Professional and polite telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
