Roles & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the sorting, batching, and registering of invoices and credit notes
  • Ensure all documents are ready for authorisation
  • Deal with supplier enquires regarding delivery and pricing issues
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly supplier payments
  • Input data into spreadsheets whilst balancing the books

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience within a similar finance position
  • Proficient in using different database software's
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
  • Professional and polite telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
