Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Passenger Operations Coordinator to support with the full passenger check-in function on our ships.

You'll be assisting with departure and arrival procedures, as well as being responsible for all new bookingsand passenger check-in.

We'll give you all the training you need and support you in your role, to ensure you deliver the best service possible to our customers.

You'll be asked to resolve queries, offer advice and guidance, and assist with general information.

During your role with us we would like you to collaborate with the Port Supervisor regarding the people, process, technology, and customers that are part of the port operations future strategy and development, helping us to meet performance targets for speed,efficiency, sales, and quality.

You will asked to communicate with third party stakeholders including Border Force.

Alongside your busy day to day activities, you'll need to stay abreast of any changes of regulations within the industry and maintain up todate knowledge of developments so we can communicate this to our colleagues.

Please note - This role is on a zero-hour contract. National Minimum Wage.
