    We invite passionate retail professionals to join our team as a Client Advisor.

    In this role you will act as a Brand Ambassador, providing world‐class service by building and maintaining loyal client relationships to maximise profitable sales.

    You will ensure personal grooming, housekeeping standards and stock handling meet RIMOWA's exemplary standards.

    Responsibilities Brand Ambassador Excite and instill passion and pride for the brandEmbody the brand image for customers and the store team and have an understanding of the brand DNALead by example in demonstrating role‐model behaviour that is representative of the brand and adhering to the dress codes and appearance guidelines at all timesGeneral Store VM / Client Management Maintain store standards that reflect and adhere to the visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand image at all timesEnhance customer service standards in store to ensure world‐class service is delivered at all times.

    Sales / Business Monitoring Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brandBuild and maintain a relationship with them to assist in selecting the right products for them whilst developing a good rapport and offering suitable adviceIntroduce additional complementary products targeted to your client and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targetsProcess the sale in a confident and professional manner whilst maintaining the relationship with the clientGather and collate the client's CRM details to maintain the relationship and build the client book ensuring a personal follow‐up with the clientActively drive your product knowledge by keeping up to date with trends, participating in store training, updating yourself on all product lines and searching out relevant information on products and be familiar with the competitionSupport control and management of stock in line with management directionsKeep up to date of market trends in the retail industryAssist with special requests, which include but are not limited to repairs, special orders, returns, etcEnsure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to.

    Qualifications Professionals who are passionate about service, lifestyle and travel destinationsPassion for retail and salesA commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client's needs and experiencePro‐active and positive attitudeExcellent personal presentation – a Rimowa Brand AmbassadorUnderstanding of Retail KPIsFluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage.
