Job Role


The Order Processing Assistant role will require efficiency & the use of your own initiative to help support both the Customer Account Manager & Senior Customer Manager.

You will hold multiple day-to-day duties ranging from assisting in preparing quotations & order processing, ensure all enquiries & orders are processed, checked, documented & filed correctly.

The day will also include any ad-hoc duties assigned by senior staff.

Duties

  • Upload, check and confirmation of ALL sales or sample orders as directed by CAM/Senior Customer Manager
  • Ensure MO is created (either directly or separately)
  • Send order confirmation to customer or CAM
  • Ensure all team members have relevant order details (through Odoo tagging)
  • Weekly update of CWM despatch date based on MO progress and customer priorities
  • Prioritising of all MO's based on CAM direction
  • Update of all customer order reports with correct despatch dates
  • Regular checks to ensure no duplications, errors or missed confirmations


MUST HAVE GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF, KNOW HOW ERP SYSTEM WORKS - EXPERIENCE OF ODOO ITSELF IS A MAJOR BONUS OR BE COMFORTABLE WITH ERP TECHNOLOGY.

Driving License is essential for the role.
