Summary of position as an MDT Coordinator
We have an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced MDT Coordinator,
This a fantastic opportunity and pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of MDT services for multidisciplinary teams, primarily regarding meetings, outcomes, relevant targets and datasets/audits.
Your role as a is vital to the amazing work achieved by our colleagues, you will learn from our leading experts, and there are development opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate the function of MDT meetings, record outcomes of patients discussed and treatment/management plans, and distribute
- Establish effective communication networks with clinicians and other members of the MDT and actively participate in the development and change of any systems. As a result, ensure patient pathways are streamlined, and delays are mitigated.
- Collate data for audits is collected and submitted appropriately and promptly—proactive engagement with clinical teams to ensure data completeness and validation.
- Contribute and develop the effective utilisation of the database in respect to MDTs, and Patient Tracking
- Provide administration support to the Governance Team as required.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all matters relating to patients, colleagues
Hospital experience in a patient-centric role, working within large clinical teams in an administrative function:
High skilled coordination, administration, IT and stakeholder management skills:
