Client Details
Our client is a market leading global business who have headquarters in the heart of Glasgow city centre. They are accessible for all means of public transport.


Description

  • Full ownership of the monthly management accounting cycle for your clients
  • Review the work of junior staff, and be willing to devote time to coach and develop them
  • Work with the Technology Systems team to help design and implement innovative reports and dashboards for clients to access in realtime via smartphones and tablets
  • Work closely with the Finance Operations team to ensure efficiency of the Purchase to Pay cycle and accurate recording of accruals and prepayments
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, initiating ideas to develop processes and controls.
  • Liaise with auditors during clients' external audits.
  • Analysis of KPI's & metrics as required by clients and company management
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries from hotel clients on top of BAU work

Profile

  • Proactive selfstarter with ability to problem solve
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of Excel skills would be very advantageous
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Organising and prioritising work to meet reporting deadlines
  • Experience of Navision or other ERP systems highly desirable
