Formed over 35 years ago Nolan is based in Cardiff & Carmarthen and are the longest running home improvement company in Wales, specialising in windows, doors, and conservatories.

All our products are made in Wales to the highest standards.


Being based in both our Carmarthen & Cardiff Showrooms, you would be attending pre-qualifying lead appointments arranged by our Sales Administrators, Meeting with both domestic and Trade customers listening to their requirements, demonstrating how our products can solve their problems, measuring, designing, and ultimately completing the purchase on our range of quality products.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively seek out and engage with potential new and existing customers to promote our uPVC and aluminium products.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with our product offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of uPVC products is a plus, but not required.

£24,000.00 per year
