Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience


Full time - 35 hours per week

Hybrid Working - Home Based/Princes Risborough

Job Role Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Change & Digital Delivery Coordinator to join the team here at APM


Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, the role holder will support and assist the coordination of the Change Process and Digital Delivery, working closely with the Head of Digital and wider Digital Team.

You will support the Change Process at APM. Updating, coordinating all logged Change Requests.

Ensuring Change Requests are completed on time, through timely stakeholder meeting organisation and working group formation, communication, reporting and documentation.

Change Requests (which includes future Pipeline Initiatives) cover aspects such as business processes, new/existing technologies and involve all departments.


Other responsibilities include supporting supplier engagement and communications, assisting Digital team tracking development across our Digital Estate, and a range of coordination and support activities to ensure the smooth running of the Digital department.


The Change & Digital Delivery Coordinator will be proactive, organised and have a keen interest in learning and developing their technology and digital skills.


Ideally the role holder will have a customer focused technology background and should have relevant experience, either from a support, project, or coordinating background.


Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE level including Maths and English.

Experience

  • Experience of support and coordination
  • Experience of working with stakeholders at alllevels of an organisation
  • Dealing with both internal and external customer needs
  • Experience of writing project and governance documentation
  • A technology/digital background
  • Experience in Business Analysis work and technology research

Skills

  • Proficient user of Microsoft
  • An analytical mindset with superb communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms
  • Ability to meet project and task deadlines
  • Ability to organise own workload
  • Diary management
  • Note taking
