Are you an aspiring play therapist looking to gain practical experience? We have an exciting opportunity for you We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at our SEN provision for children aged 2-19 with a range of Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties and High Support need for their Autism.

£85-£90 per day

Start Date: 20/05/2023

End Date:
Mid July 2023 with the opportunity to extend in September 2023

Contract type:
Long Term Contract, 5 days a week, 8:30 - 16:00

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with children who have a variety of needs, from high medical needs to high levels of activity.

You will be responsible for ensuring their safety, engaging them, and making their lives just a little bit better every day.

You will work closely with experienced educators and therapists to support the children in their learning and development.
What's more, this role will provide you with invaluable experience in the field of play therapy.

You will have the opportunity to observe and learn from experienced therapists and staff, and you will gain hands-on experience in watching, the implementation of therapeutic techniques in your work with the children.
