The Role
As a Quality Assurance Assessor, you will assess claims enquiries calls to ensure they are compliant with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) rules and data protection requirements.
Assessing calls and communications, you will identify risks, patterns and trends, giving constructive feedback to call handlers as well as reviewing and marking calls to ensure that customers are treated fairly.
You will provide fair, consistent and constructive feedback to call handlers and assist in creating weekly and monthly reports as well as completing compliance spot checks and advising on themes and trends.
Specifically, you will:
- Review a specified number of calls and communications each week
- Work alongside the Quality Assurance Manager
- Create weekly and monthly reports for the management team
- Complete call assessments for each call and ensure consistent scoring
About You
To be considered as a Quality Assurance Assessor, you will need:
- Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
