Recruitment Administrator (onboarding) - £22,000 per annum pro rata. 6 months fixed term contract


Due to increased workloads, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator/ Onboarding Coordinator to join our busy but fun team in our Halesowen Support Centre.

The role will be predominantly home based with one day per week in our Halesowen Office and will be initially on a 6 months fixed term contract with a review and the potential for extension.


As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work closely with the wider Recruitment Team to manage the full onboarding process for new starters into the organisation.

This will include carrying out references, processing DBS checks, right to work checks and all other administration associated with the onboarding of new starters into a care environment.


At accomplish we specialise in outcome focused support for people with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Acquired Brain Injuries.

We work in partnership with commissioners to deliver responsive, flexible, specialist support in therapeutic, registered residential and supported living settings across England and Wales.

Our individual support plans aim to provide the people we support with more choice and control over their own lives.


Key responsibilities:


  • Carry out reference, DBS and right to work checks for new starters to meet full CQC/OfSted regulations
  • Carry out all associated administration related to onboarding new starters

Person Specification

  • Previous experience of working within a fastpaced Recruitment Admin/Onboarding role is essential
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and have the ability to work as part of a team
  • Organised with an outstanding ability to prioritise
