Permanent position, Based in Dartmoor
We are looking for a sous chef with previous experience in a similar role.

You will be reporting to the executive head chef, helping to create beautifully well presented flavoursome dishes for a fine dining experience.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in a kitchen for minimum 2 years
  • Keen to learn new skills
  • Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene Certificate ( we can supply if needed )
  • Approachable, with a friendly and professional manner
  • High personal standards
  • As Junior Sous chef your hours will include peak shifts including weekends and bank holidays to ensure the smooth & efficient operation of food production.
