We are recruiting for an

Assistant Finance Business Partner. In this role you will be the key contact between the operational teams and the wider finance hub. You will be a key part of building relationships, whilst providing direct support to the Finance Business Partner to increase productivity, maintain control and provide reliable analysis to the business.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

Assist the Finance Business Partner with key stakeholders including P&L support with key business decisions on pricing, yield, margins, operating costs and profitability.
Provide overall financial insights into business drivers to deliver and develop strategic objectives and annual budget.
Accountable for partnering with the Finance Hub to ensure the finance processes reflect accurate and timely financial reporting.
Supporting stakeholders through providing variance analysis and overall financial modelling to drive business decisions.
Support the Finance Business Partner by producing complex analysis, whilst understanding business trends
Ownership of departmental management accounts, including regular reviews with operational stakeholders and the Finance Business Partner.
Support with ad hoc project work within the team such as new systems, changes in standards and group/operational processes.

Experience Required

Ideally you will have previous stakeholder business partnering experience
Advanced Excel skills and aptitude for learning systems quickly
VBA and Access skills are beneficial, but not essential
Good communication, problem solving skills and ability to work autonomously
