Who we are:


We are a property management company based in Manchester and looking for an addition to our expanding team to help with the our properties in Manchester, Salford, Wigan and Bolton.

We take care of the day-to-day maintenance of all of our properties with our team.

This covers a range of duties from general maintenance, decorating, lock changes, building furniture, and ensuring all properties meet health and safety requirements, fitting fire doors, an understanding of HMO standard requirements advantageous.

Role Specifics A full time role required Monday-Friday 9-5, with some flexibility on hours and weekend work if required.

Working on our portfolio of properties, primarily looking after our properties in the Wigan and Bolton area you will work alongside our current maintenance team and your responsibilities will include:


  • General maintenance including: General DIY, painting & decorating, TV faults etc, repairs and maintenance around the property from cupboard doors, furniture repairs, building furniture, helping to dress and get any new properties ready, etc.
  • General outside maintenance including: cleaning the bin areas, maintaining communal areas, litter picking, etc.
  • Mowing and strimming the gardens if required ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner
  • Communicating with and keeping the Maintenance and Operations Team informed regarding work completed and any issues or faults you identify
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
  • To comply and work within the Company's Health & Safety Policies, including the wearing of appropriate PPE
  • To complete any other duties requested of you by the management team Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include:
  • Developed communication skills, able to express self clearly and listen fully to others
  • Good general maintenance skills
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Have a 'can do' and positive approach
  • Own transport
    ESSENTIAL a van would be very advantageous
