Description

Join our forward-thinking approach

Strength in people. Strength in communities. Strength in diversity.
At Royal Borough of Greenwich, we're strong believers in empowering people and building on their strengths. This applies to our residents as well as our workforce. Our strengths
- based approach means our employees get more job satisfaction by enabling them to work alongside residents in an outcomes-focused way, using strengths-based, person-centred, and evidenced-based practice. We enjoy our work and ensure we deliver the best outcomes in a supported and nurturing environment.

Our Complex Care Team works with vulnerable residents and their carers who are often experiencing a crisis in their lives.

Taking a strength based approach we support them to identify ways to address their concerns and situations they are currently experiencing and to address needs and minimise risk.

The resident could have addiction issues and chaotic lifestyles, self-neglect, hoarding, neuro-diverse, young adults transitioning from children to adult services and meeting the criteria for support under Care Act 2014, requiring direction from Court of Protection due to care and or accommodation or have safeguarding concerns that need to be addressed to maintain their safety and wellbeing.
