Two roles available, one based in Telford and one based in Birmingham - Castle Vale

The Role:


The main purpose of this position is to supervise a team of operatives and heating engineers to deliver an excellent servicing and repairs service to our customers.

You will therefore need to exhibit excellent leadership capability, hence the qualities we are looking for include optimism, self-motivation, compassion, organizational skills, excellent communication skills and trustworthiness.


In addition to having the passion and skills to motivate your team to be the best they can be, you will also have strong technical knowledge in the delivery of quality cost effective repairs in the home.

Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations is desirable.


What you will need:


The successful applicant will need to have a flexible approach to work and a can-do attitude, to delivering the highest levels of customer service.


Given the environment you will be working in, you must be able to demonstrate effective communication, strong team working, organizational, interpersonal skills and maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times.

You will be expected to promote a positive, friendly and understanding attitude towards our customers and other colleagues in order to achieve consistency with the high levels of performance, efficiency and quality that is expected of our employees.
