Austin Rose Care Home, located in Birmingham, we know it's our privilege to care for people - supporting them to live with dignity and independence.

Right now, we're looking for a caring and organised individuals to join us as a Housekeeping Assistant to help us be the positive difference to our resident's lives.

The key responsibilities of our Housekeeping Assistant include:

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the home (cleaning carpets, bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms, etc.)
Completing orders and ensuring that storerooms are fully stocked

- sorting, washing, drying, ironing clothes and towels and delivering them to the floor

Operating industrial washing and drying machines
Maintaining housekeeping and laundry equipment and reporting any faults to the maintenance team
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with your colleagues and the residents that we care for
