We are recruiting for a Business Change Officer. Business Change sits within the Crew Planning team as part of the Operations Planning department.

Reporting to Crew Planning Support Manager, but managed day to day by the Senior Business Change Officer, this role supports business process change implementation, quality, and standards.

Crew Planning Teams performance, and training requirements.

Supporting in the delivery and review of crew planning processes and reports to improve quality, this is a pivotal function within the team.


Officers in the support team play a diverse and intriguing role in Crew Planning by supporting and enhancing tools, systems, and processes throughout the entire Crew supply chain.


What you need to do the role


You will need to have at least two years operational experience of working within a crew scheduling/planning or crew establishment department (or similar industry equivalent), supported by a good working knowledge of EASA FTL regulations and complex crew collective agreements [CLA].

Preference for experience of working within an EU planning environment. Proven capability in O365 Apps. Sharepoint experience will be useful to successfully carry out this role. You will be an excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Location & Hours of work
This full-time, 14 month Fixed Term role, based at Luton Airport with Hybrid working options available.
