Page Personnel are currently working with a growing Financial Services business based in Leeds City Centre to assist in the recruitment of a Communications Officer to join the small Communications team.

This is a new role within the business due to companygrowth, you will support Communications Manager in the development and execution external and internal communications activity to ensure all communication is effectively communicated.

Description

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support the communications function and the implementation of the communications programme of activity.
  • Support the management of the organisations communication channels developing and managing content on the intranet, website and social media channels.
  • To be responsible for the development of the staff intranet, and the ongoing maintenance of it.
  • Liaise with the business and develop content for use with external audiences across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with the Communications Manager and across the organisation to keep the website content relevant and up to date.

  • Review the use of new and emerging technology that can be used to strengthen our approach to digital communications.
  • Support the management of key corporate events and activities.

Profile

  • Experience of working within a Communications, Marketing or Content Writing type role.
  • Have an understanding of internal communications.
  • Good writing and copyediting skills for a variety of channels and audiences.
