Supply Chain Coordinator - Hybrid working

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the movement of goods from the manufacturer to retail customers.

You can be based anywhere in the UK, with weekly site meetings in Leicestershire.


The purpose of this role is to manage the 'end to end' order management process from order placement to customer receipt.


Key tasks:


  • Raising Purchase Orders and following through on the order process.
  • Reporting and data analysis.
  • Following clearly defined SOP's.
  • Liaising with Manufacturing, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders and 3PL partners to ensure stock is delivered on time and in full.
  • Creating all relevant paperwork.

Must have's:


  • A hunger to learn and a passion to exceed.
  • Excellent analytical and excel skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan, multitask and effectively prioritise workload.
  • Driven, ambitious and determined.
  • Education and/or some knowledge of Logistics / Supply Chain highly desirable.

Nice to have's:


  • Some understanding of Ecommerce Supply chains in particular FMCG.

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
