Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of the safety and quality improvement senior officer within the quality and nursing hub.

The post holder will support the Assistant Director of Quality Improvement and the Senior Head of Patient Safety & Quality Improvement with specific programmes of work that contribute to improving patient outcomes, transforming patient experience and reducing unwarranted variation elements of system transformation both at Place and across West Yorkshire ICB.

The post holder will support the Quality Team in the achievement of their goals to secure improvements in health outcomes, reduce health inequalities, improve patient experience and provide quality assurance related to the quality and safety of services for patients by providing support to the Quality team regarding quality assurance of current performance across clinical quality, clinical safety and clinical effectiveness (including clinical outcomes for patients)
