Job description for Customer Service Advisor Job:
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly audits as required and in a timely and accurate manner.
- Answer incoming enquiries.
- Make bookings onto system.
- Monitor and correct any irregularities found.
- Respond to delegated tasks.
- Maximise profits by securing business.
- Securing business and maximising profits.
- Help with operational issues
- Respond to customer complaints according to company policy in a professional manner at all times.
- Assist with training new and inexperienced staff.
Job skills required for Customer Service Advisor Job:
- Experience within an airfreight export environment.
- Good operation and product knowledge.
- Strong time management.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team.
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Ability to create and maintain good working relationships with customers and suppliers.
