Job description for Customer Service Advisor Job:

  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly audits as required and in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer incoming enquiries.
  • Make bookings onto system.
  • Monitor and correct any irregularities found.
  • Respond to delegated tasks.
  • Maximise profits by securing business.
  • Securing business and maximising profits.
  • Help with operational issues
  • Respond to customer complaints according to company policy in a professional manner at all times.
  • Assist with training new and inexperienced staff.

Job skills required for Customer Service Advisor Job:

  • Experience within an airfreight export environment.
  • Good operation and product knowledge.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
