Description

Due to our continued company growth and expanding team we now have an exciting opportunity to work as an Part Time Credit Controller / Accounts Administrator.

Responsible for ensuring the Company's debtors are managed proficiently. You will play a proactive role in managing and collecting any debts.

Applicants must have at least 1 years Credit Control experience.


MAIN DUTIES:

  • Checking customer's credit and approving or denying these requests.
  • Negotiating payment plans and setting up the terms and conditions of the plan.
  • Ensuring timely payment of debts.
  • Following up and chasing payment of debts.
  • Starting legal proceeding if client do not pay their debt or payment plans as directed.
  • Responding to client queries.
  • Processing and reconciliation of invoices through Xero.
  • Preparing statements for clients.
  • Providing management reports to the Directors as directed.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records.
