Job description

Experienced Carpenter/joiner with an exceptional eye for detail is required - we are looking for a person for on-site work (residential new builds/extensions).

1st and 2nd fix.

Skills required:
Traditional roofing, 1st fix - studding, door casings, fitting of wooden stairs, windows and doors. If you have foreman skills that would be a real advantage.

2nd fix - kitchens, skirting boards, architraves, wooden floors etc. Experience working on l listed buildings would be an advantage.

Ability to work with other trades and on own initiative essential.

Contract length: 6 months


Pay:
£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week

Experience:

• Carpentry: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
