We are seeking someone to join our busy company in the role of procurement - they would report to our Business Development Director.

The role would suit someone who has office experience but is looking to further develop their buying and procurement skills.

Business Admin Assistant (Sales & Procurement )_


Duties:

Ø Procuring goods and services at the best price and value for our customers

Ø Ensuring that price variations are communicated to various teams as quickly as possible

Ø Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers

Ø Ensuring that goods purchased are to specification in terms of quality, quantity and delivery and advising on those suppliers who fail to meet specifications

Ø Ensuring sales orders are processed and ordered in a timely and efficient manner

Ø Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively

Ø Assisting with managing supplier's online systems for Neuways

Ø Assisting in every aspect of the supply chain and ensuring the teams are notified of any possible obstacles to ensure efficiency

Ø Coordinate deliveries

Ø Continual liaison with suppliers regarding orders/prices and deliveries and developing strong supplier relationships

Ø Liaising with internal staff and suppliers to ensure goods are delivered quickly and efficiently

Ø Quoting customers

Ø Working on new processes and procedures and product briefs

Ø Liaising with internal staff and suppliers to ensure goods are delivered quickly and efficiently

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
