Job Location:
Petworth, West Sussex


Compensation:
Initial hourly wage based on experience and training required.

Wage:
£11+ per hour starting DOE, increasing with on-the-job training programme.

Health cover after 12 months. Pension scheme. 20 days paid Holiday per annum plus bank holidays.

Full Time: 40hr/wk Monday - Friday,

2 weekends required per year for trade events.

We are Emberleaf Wokshops, a leading manufacturer of custom knives, producing some of the most exclusive and sought-after knives in the world, supporting multiple luxury and legacy brands, covering the hunting, bushcraft, military, and culinary industries.

Work through a schedule of parts and cutting lists to produce precision folding knife parts.


Skills and experience required:

Knowledge of CNC cutting machines and CAD drawings.

Loading and unloading CNC machines

Tramming jigs

Maintenance and servicing/cleaning of CNC machines

Experience with CAD (FUSION 360) or similar software also advantageous but not essential.


Personal skills required:


  • Selfdriven, methodical, with acute attention to detail.
  • A passion around building things and working with one's hands.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Keenness to learn and grow.
