Purchase Ledger Clerk/ Bookkeeper / Wellesbourne / Up to £30,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Purchased Ledger Clerk and looking for a new role in an interesting field?


We are working with a worldwide client who are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger to join their growing team.

The position is an office-based role working in a small well serviced village.


What they are looking for:

  • At least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good Excel skills and ability to use other Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work with large data sets
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deliver to strict deadlines
- process purchase orders, invoices and expenses,
- assist with cash management and bank reconciliation
- reconcile supplier statements

  • Oversee weekly payment runs
  • Monitor and record credit card expenditure
  • Prepare the cashbook and petty cash transactions
  • Process BACS payments and prepare cheques

  • Monday
  • Friday / 9am 5PM
  • 26 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

£24,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
