AREA MORTGATE SERVICES MANAGER- Residential Lettings Agency

Salary:

OTE:
£90k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time

Our client is seeking a talented, qualified, and experienced
Mortgage Adviser with additional team management expertise to be an
Area Mortgage Manager and manage a team of successful Mortgage and Protection Advisers across Sussex, Surrey and the Isle of Wight.

The role will involve providing guidance and support to the team while guaranteeing quality, compliant mortgage advice is provided to the customer.

There will be a requirement to continue to write some business yourself, whilst ensuring that individual MortgageAdvisor's targets are achieved as well.

You will hold team meetings, conduct regular "one to one's", manage, mentor and motivate to achieve results.

Ideally, you will be a natural leader, charismatic, structured, highly organised, hardworking and be passionate about your role.

The skills required for this Area Mortgage Manager role will include:

A successful track record of performance management
CeMAP mortgage qualification or equivalent (and CAS)
Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organised and structured
Be able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
Deliver high levels of customer service
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent meetings management skills
Full UK driving license required
