- Assisting with the production and distribution of internal and external marketing communications and materials.
- Supporting the coordination and preparation of directory and award submissions.
- Helping with both in‑person and virtual event management, including logistics and follow‑ups.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and proactive individual to join our Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The BD&M assistant will support in the delivery of the firm's marketing and business development strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a keen interest in professional services marketing, possess excellent organisational skills, and take a proactive and flexible approach to their work. They will have exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of curiosity, and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities while working effectively under pressure.

Upon successful completion of the fixed‑term contract, there may be an opportunity to enrol in the firm's Business Services Apprenticeship Programme (dependent on performance and business needs). This would build on the foundation created in the BD&M assistant role in areas such as Compliance, People & Culture and Innovation.
