Venatu Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced permanent Recruitment Consultant to work closely with the Branch Manager and Head of Automotive to expand our national coverage within the commercial vehicle sector.

Typical roles you will be recruiting for will include:

HGV Technicians, Bus Engineers, Workshop Supervisors, Depot Managers, Workshop Administrators, Service Advisors etc.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be carrying out the following duties:

Focusing on building strong relationships with businesses to understand our clients and their recruitment needs
Using a whole variety of means to generate new business
Looking after our existing clients to ensure our high levels of repeat business continues
Managing our internal recruitment system and taking ownership for ensuring it is clean, relevant, and easy to use
Writing attractive and effective adverts for our website and the various job boards that we subscribe to and posting the adverts via our multiposting tool
Adhering to company compliance, policies, and procedures
Excellent negotiation skills, confident in agreeing terms in line with business standards
Confident communication skills and able to speak to people at all levels
Excellent attention to detail with strong administration and compliance skills
Extremely motivated with a resilient and positive 'can do' attitude
Good IT skills including Microsoft packages
Highly organised individual with the ability to meet required deadline
