Its Financial Consultants are commercially minded and committed to personal development and delivering an excellent level of service to their clients.

MW offers a comprehensive support infrastructure to assist with paraplanning, administration and marketing.

In addition, Financial Consultants will benefit from its Adviser Development Programme which is supported by the Senior Leadership Team to provide training, mentoring and business planning support.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

Help clients achieve financial security and provide peace of mind by delivering a professional financial planning service
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, prospects and professional introducers
Provide suitable advice which is in the best interest of its clients and follow procedures and processes
Develop technical competence and professional skills
Contribute to MW's culture by upholding its values and be willing to help colleagues

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Level 4 Qualified CII/CISI
Highly motivated, driven and commercial
Experience within financial services preferable but not essential
Demonstrable experience of building rapport and interacting with clients effectively
IT proficient including Office 36
Employed role with existing Client bank provided

OFFICE LOCATION
We are working on a hybrid 2:3 days of office/home working flexibility. It would be anticipated that every Monday and Tuesday will be worked in our Canary Wharf offices.

Salary:
£50,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
