Job Summary:
We have an exciting role for a Training Coordinator to join our Operational Training Team based at our Cell Manufacturing site in Stevenage.
The Training Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, tracking, and reporting on all training enrolment and compliance using learning management systems (LMS) (Veeva and Excel).
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Schedules, tracks and reports on training enrolment and compliance using a LMS (i.e. Veeva and Excel or equivalent).
- Collaborates with GMP Training Managers and the Scheduling Team to determine training implementation needs, including number of sessions, material, class size, setup, communication, and evaluation. Ensuring that all shifts are equally covered.
- Coordinates scheduling, implementation, and logístical activities for training and administrative tasks through to completion.
- Summarizes evaluation results and runs reports on Kirkpatrick: Level1 evaluations, as well as other training metrics, as needed.
- Organizes and maintains the jobrole curriculum for GMP training requirements across all stakeholders, e.g., Production, QC, QA and Vector.
- Maintains the training communication plan and distributes training announcements and followup communication.
- Compiles training KPI information into cumulative spreadsheet for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Researches and retrieves training information from both internal and external sources to assist GMP Training Managers complete needs assessments, as necessary.
- Applies good facilitation and presentation skills to conduct sections of Orientation and Onboarding training, as assigned.
- Ability to create interactive training packages using Videos, PowerPoint, and eLearning tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate.
Previous experience in a Training Coordinator role would be advantageous but isn't essential as we are open to also considering people from other transferable backgrounds.
- Ability to establish strong partnerships with Stakeholders and Other Training team members.
- Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project to organize and manage tasks.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively across all levels of leadership.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong communication, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
