Description
The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company are recruiting for a British manufacturing organisation who provide life-saving equipment and technology for marine and aerospace use. The team are seeking an Internal Audit Manager to support in delivering theirrisk-based audit plan.
This is a key role within the business with a high degree of autonomy; you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of the business while ensuring the timely delivery of the audit plan.
Experience Requirement:
- ACA, ACCA Qualified or CIA with 3+yrs PQE
- Strong Internal Audit and operational/compliance audits experience
- Excellent writing & verbal communication skills
- Strong influencing & negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience of building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders as well as cosourcing arrangements.
Desirable Experience
- Experience of working internationally in different cultures
- Experience of largescale multisite manufacturing operations is desirable
Salary / benefits
- Up to £70k base salary
- Bonus + pension + car allowance
