The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company are recruiting for a British manufacturing organisation who provide life-saving equipment and technology for marine and aerospace use. The team are seeking an Internal Audit Manager to support in delivering theirrisk-based audit plan.


This is a key role within the business with a high degree of autonomy; you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of the business while ensuring the timely delivery of the audit plan.

Given the global nature of this business,there will be a small amount of travel, predominantly centred around the UK.


Experience Requirement:


  • ACA, ACCA Qualified or CIA with 3+yrs PQE
  • Strong Internal Audit and operational/compliance audits experience
  • Excellent writing & verbal communication skills
  • Strong influencing & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Experience of building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders as well as cosourcing arrangements.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience of working internationally in different cultures
  • Experience of largescale multisite manufacturing operations is desirable

Salary / benefits

  • Up to £70k base salary
  • Bonus + pension + car allowance
