Sales Agent (Commission-Based Only)


Responsibilities:

Business Development:


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the electrical wholesaler markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in target companies.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Cultivate longterm relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge:


  • Demonstrate indepth knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals and feedback to the principal company.

Requirements:

Previous Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Agent in sales within the electrical distribution, manufacturing, or wholesaler market is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a commissionbased role.

Industry Knowledge:


  • Strong understanding of the electrical distribution, manufacturing, and wholesaler market dynamics, including key players, trends, and challenges.

Communication Skills:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.

Self-Motivation:


  • Selfdriven and resultsoriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and goals.

Flexibility:


  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events and trade shows.
