Our high profile client is currently looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to work at their busy site in Gaydon

Position Description:

This role is fundamental to the delivery of the Clients' Electric Modular Architecture (EMA) and the first vehicle programme.
It will require an understanding of deliverablebased delivery, agile delivery and an ability to establish clear routes through gateways in a transforming environment.
This is part of the Programme Management team and is responsible for Project Governance including changement management and risk management.
It is essential to be able to operate in line with the business 'creators' code', being transparent, agile and customer focused.

Skills Required:

Automotive Project Experience Process documentation and process mapping, change management and risk management
Stakeholder Management

Experience Required:

Understanding of Project Management skills, knowledge and experience in relevant fields of automotive & engineering
Experience of change management and risk management.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to build and maintain strong relationships and implement new ways of working

Pay Rate Per Hour

37 Hours Per Week

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
£35.00-£45.00 per hour
