About Our Client:

Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Customer Service Executive Position in York to work for a reputable business within the IT Sector


This would be an exceptional opportunity to join a progressive business which offer an excellent development plan for all their employees.

Ideally some experience within a Customer Services setting however full training would be provided


As a Customer Service Executive you will be working on a busy helpdesk assisting and troubleshooting any technical queries for clients aiming to provide a first contact resolution.


If required you will escalate and work closely with other teams to resolve as soon as possible for the customer.


You will also handle a range of general enquiries over the telephone ensuring an exceptional level of customer service at all times.


The Successful Applicant:

Ideally some previous customer service experience this could be from a range of settings

An excellent telephone manner

A good problem solver

Able to work in a fast paced environment

An excellent team player

Extremely customer centric
